Many of the badges and journeys seem to repeat previous year assignments from lower levels.
Girls have asked why they keep doing the same thing to earn badges when they completed it last year or on the last journey.
Badges are designed to be built upon each other. Yes, the category or topic may be the same, maybe even similar requirements, but they are designed progressively so the girl gains experience and expertise in the chosen field.

On the surface all the requirements may seem to have been met while camping previously. The great thing with the badges/Journeys is they can and should be customized for your troop. Add in new details that were not done before to make it unique.
So you went camping, but did you track the path of a night animal, search for bats, or even hike in the dark without flashlights?
